Terms of Service

Effective: July 27, 2026 · WildFeed ("WildFeed," "we") operates wildfeed.live and the WildFeed apps. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use WildFeed.

1. The service

WildFeed is a live-streaming platform for hunting, fishing, and outdoor content. Anyone 13+ may create an account and watch. You may livestream if you can legally hunt or fish where you are. You must be 18+ to receive tips, prizes, or payouts. You are responsible for your account and everything streamed or posted through it.

2. Your content

You own what you stream. You grant WildFeed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, record, clip, display, and promote your content on and off the platform (including short promotional clips), for as long as it remains on WildFeed plus a reasonable wind-down period. You represent that you have all rights to what you broadcast, including music, locations, and people on camera. Public live streams may also be shown live, and kept as replays, on WildFeed’s own YouTube channel and Facebook Page, credited to you with a link to your WildFeed profile. You can turn this off anytime in your profile settings.

3. Lawful take — the core rule

All hunting and fishing shown must be legal where and when it occurs: valid licenses, open seasons, legal methods, legal species and limits. You confirm this each time you go live. Content depicting poaching, wanton waste, or illegal methods will be removed and may be reported to authorities. See the Community Guidelines for the full policy.

3a. Graphic content heads-up

WildFeed hosts legal hunting content that can be graphic, including field dressing, butchering and harvested animals. Streams flagged this way show a heads-up screen first. By tapping through it, or by choosing "Don't warn me again," you acknowledge that you're choosing to view that content. Creators must flag graphic content as described in the Community Guidelines.

4. Earnings

Eligible creators earn a revenue share as published on the platform (currently 90% of tips and wish list contributions; WildFeed does not presently pay a share of gear, affiliate, or ad revenue), paid via our payment processor subject to identity verification, minimum thresholds, and applicable tax reporting. Fraud (self-purchases, manipulation, chargebacks) voids related earnings. Rates may change prospectively with notice; they never change retroactively.

5. Acceptable use — zero tolerance

No harassment, threats, hate, doxxing (including revealing another person's hunting or fishing locations), sexual content, violence against people, dangerous acts, spam, or infringement. WildFeed has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with an appeal path for permanent actions.

5a. Reporting and blocking

Every live stream, replay, highlight, chat message, and direct message can be reported from the screen it appears on (Report). Reports go to our Trust & Safety queue and are reviewed promptly — typically within minutes while a broadcast is live, and within 24 hours otherwise; content that violates these terms is removed and the account actioned. You can also block any user from their profile, from a live stream, or from chat: their streams, chat messages, and direct messages disappear from your WildFeed immediately, they can no longer message you, and our team is notified so we can review their behavior.

5b. Non-consensual intimate imagery

You may not post, stream, share, or threaten to share intimate or sexual images or video of any person without their explicit consent, including AI-generated, deepfake, or digitally manipulated media. Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery are reviewed first, and reported posts, highlights, and replays are hidden while we review them; confirmed violations are removed and the account is permanently terminated, and content involving a minor is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement. To request urgent removal of intimate imagery of you, use the Report button or contact support via the in-app form with "NCII" in the subject.

6. Copyright (DMCA)

We respond to valid takedown notices sent to our designated DMCA agent and terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notices are honored per 17 U.S.C. §512. Contact information is in the footer.

7. Disclaimers & liability

WildFeed is provided "as is." Outdoor activities are inherently dangerous — content on WildFeed is not instruction or advice, and we are not responsible for injuries or losses arising from activities you undertake. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. WildFeed Bucks

WildFeed Bucks are promotional credit WildFeed may award, at its sole discretion, for an idea that ships, a bug report that leads to a fix, or a great teaching stream. Bucks are earned only — they can never be purchased, and tips, in-app purchases and other paid credit never become Bucks and can never be cashed out. Bucks have no cash value until WildFeed approves a cash-out; every award and cash-out is reviewed by a person, cash-outs start at $25 and go to your chosen payout method, and we may ask for tax information (such as a W-9) before paying. Bucks can't be transferred, sold or combined between accounts, and may be voided for fraud or a terms violation. WildFeed may change, suspend or end the program, including award amounts and budgets, at any time.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where WildFeed is organized. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform and continued use is acceptance.
