WildFeed

Get paid to walleye fish

Trolling cranks, jigging rocks, working weed edges. Walleye fishing is technical, and the bite is often at dawn or dusk.

WildFeed pays you to go live from your walleye fishing trip. Pick a slot on the Live Guide — dawn and prime for best bites — get paid when you stream.

Season: Spring walleye run is March through May when fish move shallow to spawn. Summer and fall are structure fishing: June through October on deeper water.

The pay

You only get paid if you actually go live from the slot. Beta.

Best for you: Prime slots (5–11pm ET) — Walleye are low-light feeders — dawn and dusk are prime time. Prime slots cover the evening bite when walleyes move shallow and hit baits. Dawn slots work too.

What you need

Just your phone. WildFeed is in beta: iPhone via TestFlight, Android via Google Play.

Gear tips

•Ram mount on the console — trolling and jigging means your hands are on rods, not your phone
•Phone in a waterproof case — walleye boats see waves, spray, and landed fish
•External battery pack — all-day walleye trips drain batteries
•Angle your phone to see rod tips and the net — the walleye bite is subtle, but the hookset and net are what viewers want to see

FAQ

Can I stream ice fishing for walleye?

Yes. Open water, ice fishing, river jigging — any legal walleye fishing is fair game. Ice fishing tips: heated shelter, external battery for cold, and your phone mounted where it sees the hole.

What if the bite is slow?

You still get paid if you go live. Walleye fishing is often slow, technical, and location-dependent. Stream the real trip: spot selection, lure changes, and the search for a pattern.

Will the stream show my walleye spots?

No. WildFeed fuzz-maps every stream to a ~10 mile area, never an exact GPS coordinate. Your spots stay yours. Viewers see the lake and the region, not the specific hump or point.
